Making Payments to your Carer Using childcare vouchers to make payments to your carer

Payments are made simply and efficiently.  The Childcare Account is an electronic process (with no paper vouchers) that enables you to make your carers payments direct to their bank account, guaranteed and even better – on time.

During the registration process you enter your carer(s) and their contact details.  We will contact them to advise them of their nomination and to ask them for some more information.  If they agree to participate they can register on-line (or by paper).  Once a carer is active you simply authorise payments to be made to them.  Payments can be made regularly on a monthly basis, or on an ad-hoc basis for irregular childcare e.g., a holiday play scheme.

We will confirm to your carer(s) their Childcare Account number and details.  Those carers who advise their email address or mobile telephone number will receive confirmation of all payments authorised.

There is provision to change and/or add to your nominated carer(s)on-line.
